Green Tea? Bring It On!

When I joined my office, I was suddenly surrounded by people who had 6-7 cups of green tea in a day. Right from the girl who sits next to me to the guy who sat opposite. I was suddenly surrounded by people who were health conscious (no kidding. From keto diet to avoiding junk to liquid diet, we have it all. YIKES!) I knew green tea has its benefits, and it is better than sipping on black coffee or normal tea, but I never really knew why.  FOr so long, I stayed away from this beverage because I had heard so much about the taste. Eventually, I gave in and had my first cup of green tea. Although it tasted awful, it really helped to calm my nerves, especially during a particularly long day at work.

Which is why there has been no going back. Even when I was writing this article, I was sipping on green tea while Googling about its benefits and thought you might want to know about it too.

So, here you go:

Having a clear, even skin tone without any acne and pimple problems. That’s the dream, right? Well, you do not have to splurge thousands in the salon anymore. Simply wash off your face with cold green tea and see the magic happening as it draws out all the impurities and cleans the pores from within.

The catechin in green tea helps reducing hair loss. Either rinse your hair with green tea twice in a month or have 2-3 cups of this magical drink in a day, every day.
